Targeted Case Management

 

Our regular clients are mostly in the lower bracket economically; therefore, social assistance and support are vital, in most cases. Without proper support and guidance the majoroty of our families may face even more life stressors. Conscious of the socio-economic situation of our targeted population, W&A enrolls qualified social workers to provide case management services to clients.

 

Our Targeted Case Managers (TCM) are Master-level and licensed social workers who are experienced in the field. They are dynamic and dedicated to effectively assist our clients. We enssure that proper coordination is made between the clients and their therapists. The TCMs accompany the clients throughout the process and link them to external supports and services as needed. Our TCMs are culturally trained, which enables them to easily establish rapport with clients regardless of their ethnicity and backgrounds. They are particularly trained on some specific aspects of the Haitian culture in order to render their services more effectively.
