W&A Programs
Word and Action develops several programs in order to raise consciousness and reduce the occurrence of child sexual abuse in our community. Research suggested that 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys are sexually abused by the age of 18. Therefore, silence is not an option when it comes to preventing a child from being a victim. Get involved; be part of one of our programs and make a difference.
We believe that when concerned citizens work together they could inspire significant changes in the world. Based on that belief, we develop "The W&A Ambassadorship Program," which includes three levels: "W&A Angel, W&A Voice, and W&A Ambassador." The main purpose of The W&A Ambassadorship Program is to create new avenues in the fight against Child Sexual Abuse and Human Trafficking, not only in our community, but also globally.
